MSDS报告涵盖内容

MSDS实际上是一份全面的技术性说明书，侧重于危害提示和安全操作指引。一份完整的MSDS报告一般涵盖如下16项内容：

Section 1：Chemical Product and Company Identification——化学品及企业标识

Section 2：Information on Hazardous Ingredients——成分信息

Section 3：Hazard identification——危害识别信息

Section 4：First Aid Measures——急救措施

Section 5：Fire Fighting Measures——消防措施

Section 6：Accidental Release Measures——意外泄露处置措施

Section 7：Handling and Storage——操作处置与储存

Section 8：Exposure Control/Personal Protection——接触控制与个体防护

Section 9：Physical and Chemical Properties——物理化学性质

MSDS似乎在海运当中更常见，为什么呢？也许是因为化工品等产品空运时都需要提供《航空运输条件鉴别报告书》Identification and Classification Report for Air Transport of Goods，俗称空运鉴定或鉴定，但是海运没有类似这样的鉴定，所以就要通过MSDS来判断是否适合运输。而航空运输货物因为有《航空运输条件鉴别报告书》，就没必要再提供MSDS了。
